Erica Ramus is a Schuylkill County native and a graduate of St. Clair Area High School. She earned degrees at Armand Hammer United World College of the American West (I.B.), University of Delaware Honors Program and Kutztown University (B.A.). She holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate (MRE) and in 2013 was one of only 10 real estate professionals in the first class to complete this program. She has served on committees at both the state and national level (PAR and NAR) and was the 2021 President of the Reading Berks Association of Realtors. In 2023 she chaired the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Professional Standards committee. She was honored with the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors REALTOR of the Year in 2023.
