Kathy McBride

Kathy McBride is a seasoned Realtor who works with personal representatives of estate properties, downsizing seniors as well as investors in Berks and Schuylkill Counties. 

Kathy has had the privilege of assisting many seniors and PRs as they work through life changing events not only in a Realtor capacity but also in her family owned estate cleanout and liquidation company. It is there where her passion for seniors and probate came to light. She understands there is a different level of empathy required when working with seniors who find it necessary to leave the home they love and have lived in for many years.  

PRs may find themselves in a situation where they need to liquidate belongings and sell their loved ones home whether it be to provide for final care or settle the estate and sometimes needing to do it while living at a distance. The process can be stressful and overwhelming, but Kathy is here and ready to assist and guide you along the journey.

She began her real estate career in 2009 as a transaction coordinator for a local Berks County real estate company.  The role gave her vast knowledge and understanding of what goes on “behind the scenes” of a real estate transaction, and in depth knowledge of our contacts and forms.

Kathy earned her Associate Broker’s license in 2023 and continues to educate herself earning her SRES, CPE, SRS, SFR designations/certifications.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, antique hunting, and has a passion for old homes and classic cars.
