Evan has a passion for real estate and brings to the table strong values of hard work, integrity and outstanding customer service in everything he does. Evan earned his Associate Broker license in 2023 and also holds the following designations: SRS, ABR and RENE.
Originally from Sinking Spring, Evan now lives in the Orwigsburg area with his wife and three young children. Prior to joining Ramus Realty Group, Evan worked in the Hamburg area for eight years and was excited to turn that work focus towards real estate.
Evan loves listing properties and handling the marketing and negotiating aspects of the business. He also has personally invested in rentals and works with a number of real estate investors to help them build their rental portfolios. He is a leasing specialist, helping landlords lease their properties. He helps his investor clients find tenants for their properties and advises them on the current rental market and business opportunities.
When he's not helping clients buy and sell homes, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is ready to help you with all of your buying and selling needs.
